docxtojson ("we", "our", "us") provides a tool to convert DOCX files into structured JSON output with accurate image mapping. We respect your privacy and keep data collection minimal.

- Usage data (basic analytics like page views, conversions, and errors)
- Uploaded files (DOCX files you upload for conversion)

- Convert your document into JSON
- Provide downloads and conversion history (if enabled)
- Detect abuse, spam, and malicious usage
- Improve reliability (crash logs and error logs)
3. File handling (Important)
When you upload a DOCX file, it is processed to generate the output.
- We do not perform OCR
- We do not preserve document styling
- We process text and images only for conversion
4. Retention (No soft delete)
We do not use soft delete. When you delete a file, output, or your account, it is permanently deleted from our systems (subject to short backup retention).
5. Do you use my files to train AI?
No.
We do not use your uploaded documents or generated output to train AI models.
6. Sharing data with third parties
We only share data with trusted providers required to run the service, such as:
- Hosting and storage providers
- Analytics providers (optional)
- Payment processing providers
We do not sell your data.
